In 2017, COTUNACE realized a share capital increase of 5 millions dinars by incorporation of the optional reserves resulting from the profits of the previous years; thus, the capital of COTUNACE increased from 21.6 millions dinars to 26.5 millions dinars.

COTUNACE's shareholders includes one of the world leaders in credit insurance "ATRADIUS", this first-rate technical partner brings to COTUNACE its expertise in Credit Insurance, its very large network of representations in the World (approximately 160 representations), access to commercial informations of more than 200 millions companies worldwide. ATRADIUS is rated A (excellent) by AM Best and "A3" by Moody's.

Historically and since its establishment, the capital of COTUNACE was 1 million dinars in 1985, it increased successively to 2 millions dinars in 1986 and 5 millions dinars in 1993.

In 2009, the share capital of COTUNACE increased from 05 to 15 millions dinars and then to 20 millions dinars, the latter increase reserved for the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation "DHAMAN".

DHAMAN, a multilateral company bringing together the majority of Arab countries as shareholders including the Tunisian State. DHAMAN is rated "AA" stable by Standard & Poors. In 2013, the capital of COTUNACE became about 21.6 Millions dinars following the achievement of the merger operation by absorption of the company "Assurcrédit", a subsidiary of COTUNACE specialized in domestic credit insurance.
